Certificates & documents you’ll receive

At Revive IT we like to make our service as simple and transparent as possible.

For a standard IT disposal & data destruction service you can expect to receive the following at these stages:

1. Booking

At the time of booking we’ll take all required information and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

2. Finalise driver schedules

We finalise driver schedules the day before. This is when you’ll receive your completed Service, Collection & GDPR Form.

3. The day of the collection

On the day of the collection you’ll receive a Waste Transfer Note & if applicable a Hazardous Waste Consignment Note along with a feedback form

4. Within 2 weeks

Within 2 weeks of the collection you’ll receive your Data Destruction Certificate and if you requested one an Asset Inventory Report.

5. Completion & feedback

Within 4 weeks of the collection you may receive a customer satisfaction call or email to make sure everything went well. We wish to continually improve all aspects of our service so your feedback is very welcome.

For bespoke services and long term agreements, the certificates and documents you’ll receive will be different depending on the circumstances.
