The process explained, step by step

Contact us with details and / or images of what you need recycling and securely destroying.

We’ll confirm if there is any residual value left in the hardware, your data destruction method will be confirmed and your information will be taken so we can book you in for a date that suits you.

We’ll attend your premises, securely load all equipment, carry out onsite data destruction (if applicable) and issue your waste documentation.

Your collection will be securely transported back to our processing facility.

A pre-destruction asset inventory will be completed (if requested) and complete data destruction will occur.

After absolute data destruction your hardware will be broken down for materials recycling or refurbished for reuse.

If your hardware has residual value we’ll make immediate payment for the agreed amount or for IT being remarketed, you’ll receive this within the remarketing period.
